Return and Exchange Policy

Miracle Valley Ranch gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit within 30 days from the date your order shipped. Please email us to start a return.


Items not eligible to be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items: jewelry, stickers, rings, mugs, bracelets, keychains, items on sale, last chance items, bleached items.


Defective Merchandise


  • If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 3 DAYS of receiving the item to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing. The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. These situations do not qualify as defects.

Return (request a refund)


  • Please email us to start a return.
  • Refund must be within 15 days from the date your order was shipped.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • Once received you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
    We incur a $6 handling fee on all refunds.
  • Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

Exchanges

International


  • Please email us to see if your items are eligible for return.
  • International return postage must be paid for by the customer.
